Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The wind was stronger than it was in the morning tour so we decided to sail along the Reykjanes peninsula. That area has proven to be successful at this time of year and the peninsula also provides some shelter from the swell. Even so, we didn't spot any animals this time around. The landscape was still covered with fog but the sailing was still very enjoyable. Complimentary tickets were given out in the hope our passengers will have better luck next time.

Tour at 09:00

Report from Elding. Today was rather windy and the landscape was covered with fog. We sailed out Faxaflói bay but we didn't see much life throughout the tour. It wasn't until the end of the tour, close to Grótta, where we spotted a few Harbor porpoises but they didn't stop for very long. After that short encounter we carried on our journey back to Reykjavík harbour after a good sailing. Complimentary tickets were given out in the hope our passengers will have better luck next time.
