Report from Eldey: A quick look outside allowed us to see that there was absolutely no clouds in the sky tonight. Great! It's always a good start! We made our way toward Esjan, and noticed a transparent arch in the sky. A quick snapshot allowed to confirm it was northern light activity as green appeared on our screen. From there it took a bit of waiting to see the arch get brighter and spread out more. For few minutes, the activity peaked and the lights were moving sharply while green got visible to the naked eye! After that the show calmed down a little bit, but lights remained for the whole duration of the tour. And all while a couple of shooting stars pierced the sky. It was a cold, but beautiful and peaceful evening.
