Report from Elding: The forecast for tonight looked very promising with an aurora activity of 3-4/9 and clear skies. We had lovely sailing conditions, not too cold and only a little wind and a lovely calm sea. It was rather romanic sailing however, unfortunately we were not blessed with the presence of the northern lights. Therefore, complimentary tickets were given out to passengers in the hope that they would return and see the incredible phenomenon which are the aurora borealis.
