Report from Eldey: Another incredible day to end Easter. Flat seas, sun shinning and perfect visibility form miles away. The plus today was the huge amount of humpback whales we have met during the tour, a total of 5. And they were in a playful mood as they came closer to the boat so many times that we lost the account. It was such a pleasure to witness lunge-feeding behaviour, deep dives and very curious individuals that words weren't needed. A 10 out of 10 tour.

Report from Eldey:
This day will stay in everyone's memory forever, I am sure. With flat seas and radiant sunshine, we spotted blows of whales around us just minutes out of the harbour. By the end of our 3 hours we encountered 7 humpback whales, 2 minke whales and numerous puffins as well. There were several occasions where we got to actually look a whale into the eye today as they were curiously approaching us and even spy-hopped once to have an even better look at us. All of the humpbacks were absolutely at ease and seemed to be enjoying the sun just as much as us. A thousand times better than any documentary!!

We are sailing from the Old Harbour in Reykjavík today at 9:00 & 13:00.
