Tour at 13:00 Report from Hafsúlan: We sailed out today from Hafnafjörður to be sheltered from the wind and swell and try our luck in an area that proved to be very productive around this time last year. We saw many seabirds and a large pod of Harbour Porpoises (20-30 individuals) which were the highlight of our tour today. Unfortunately the winter in Iceland brings unpredictable weather and so far it hasn´t been the best in the last few days bringing rain and cloudy skies. so we haven´t really been able to appreciate the beautiful Icelandic landscape even. However, we keep doing our best and hope the weather clears up soon and the bay becomes more productive.
Best Wishes for 2013 from the Elding Team
