Today we will be operating on our lovely vessel Eldey for the 13:00 Classic Whale Watching tour. Make sure to dress appropriately for the tours as it is always colder on sea than on land.

CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 13:00
Report from Eldey: Outstanding conditions for this afternoon tour. Clear sky with a low but shiny sun, almost no wind and a calm flat sea. Perfect for whale watching. As yesterday we explored the north part of the bay without success we decided to head south. We did not find anything for a long time and it is during the way back that we spotted the blow of a humpback whale. The animal was staying for long dives under the surface and moving a lot making very difficult to approach it. We could see several blows and the body of the animal when it was going for a deep dive but always from around 400 meters away. As we could not give to our passenger a good look on the cetaceans of the bay, we gave them a complimentary ticket to come back on a new whale watching tour with us in the next to years.
