NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 22:00

Report from Eldey: The evening started beautifully, clear skies, many stars and a boat full of people to see the northern lights. It was a little windy so we gained shelter behind land to reduce any movement. We waited and waited and waited. Not even a slither of green showed itself during the tour. It was beautiful to see all the stars and the almost full moon light up the sea. At about 10:45pm fast snow clouds rolled in and in a matter of minutes it was overcast with huge snow flakes started to fall. We sailed home a little disappointed but in the hope everyone would be able to have another chance with the complimentary tickets we gave them. Mother nature is a mysterious, beautiful thing.
