NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00

Report from Eldey: We were excited to go out tonight as the aurora activity kept increasing right before the tour. On the other hand, the cloud formation made us less optimistic, as high clouds covered most of the sky. The clouds were frustrating tonight: we could see the green sky behind them so the northern ligths were there, but just not visible to us. We waited for the clouds to clear up, but unfortunately we were unlucky tonight and the sky remained covered... until there was a little gap in the sky and suddenly we saw very strong northern lights! The auroras were green and pink and dancing - albeit still a bit obstructed by the clouds so we didn´t have the full view, but still more than enough to see them dancing in the sky. We were over the moon to have seen these northern lights but it was very short so we offered our passengers complimentary tickets to come on another tour if they felt like they hadn´t had enough of the auroras.
