Report from Eldey: The weather can best be described with the calm after the storm, almost no wind and only very little waves and a beautiful sunset. Finding a whale did not take us too long because the big blow of a humpback whale was easily visible from miles away. As we made our way to this animal we were stopped by some minke whale popping up all around us and one even lunge feeding a bit further away.  We stayed with them for a while and as we finally reached the humpback it fluked up nicely for all of us to see. While waiting for it we also encountered the shy and tiny harbour porpoises. After admiring the humpback for some time and seeing it roll on its side once and fluke up a couple of times we continued our journey towards another humpback whales blow. This one was more sneaky than the first one and we had no luck finding this one again but a pod of white-beaked dolphins decided to pay us a quick visit instead. We enjoyed their company and watched these dolphins travel towards the sunset. On our way back we even saw the humpback whale fluke up one more time in front of a red and fiery sky. What an end to a perfect tour!
