Report from Eldey: As we sailed out of the harbour in blustery conditions, we started to see the northern lights, green hue in the photos we were taking to the north. At this point they were only visible with the camera and not with the naked eye. Soon, unfortunately the clouds swept in and covered the entire sky and rain started also. It was like this for a while until the clouds started to part again a little and once more the green hue could be seen by camera. Sadly this was it for our tour with regards to the northern lights and thus we offered all our passengers complimentary tickets in the hope they will have better luck on their nest aurora borealis hunt. We still enjoyed seeing the Imagine Peace Tower and the Capitol City lit up.
