Report from Eldey: today we were expecting a Kp index of 2, already more than enough to see in Reykjavik. We had a few clouds at the sky, but many and many gaps in between them, as we could also see many stars. So we were feeling positive, sailing out in this very cold night to spot some lights! Listening to nice music, or telling about some interesting fact about the lights, we continued looking up to the sky expecting any green there. However, tonight we were not very lucky and we ended up giving out complimentary tickets so the passengers have another opportunity of seeing the lights again.
