CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 09:00
Report from Eldey: This morning we sailed out with a bit of swell and a moody sky. The sky changed a fair bit going from sun, to snow to rain and to sun again! On the way out we spotted 2 harbour porpoises but they didnt stick around with us for long. Just like a flash they appeared and vanished. We had a snowy Esja which sometimes peaked through the clouds, making this tour look quite magical. After some more searching we spotted Frodo our resident humpback whale. There have been a few tours where it looks like she is on her way out but we were happy to see her again! She came up multiple times and always stayed close to us and even did a peduncle throw! After some time the wind was picking up and we ran out of time so headed back to harbour.
