Report from Eldey: After multiple days of bad weather and cancelled tours, it was very exciting for our crew and passengers to go out to the ocean, and into nature! We left the harbour and navigated into the beautiful bay, where many marine birds were curious and approached our ship, including the iconic puffin, the Northern fulmars, and the somewhat rare, great skua. At one point, we came across a big raft, with more than a hundred marine birds. Also, many people in the boat seemed to be convinced of having seen a whale fluke, but if such was the case, the animal disappeared too fast into the depths of the ocean, and it was not possible to confirm any whale sighting. Nevertheless, our clients received complimentary tickets, with the possibility of coming back at any other time for a free tour!
