Report from Eldey: We sailed out tonight and quickly found a nice spot away from clouds. Before we knew it we could see auroras to our front. They only last a couple minutes before vanishing. Then just like during the day the fog came in and our chances of seeing more auroras looked slim. But out of nowhere the lights came back just as we started to lose hope. Then for the next 45-60 minutes you could constantly see bright lights. Sometimes, they even started to move. It was really nice. Then once we got near the harbour the clouds cleared and we had amazing auroras to end the night.
