NORTHERN LIGHT CRUISE | 2100

Report from Eldey: As we headed out from the harbour there was quite a cloudy sky. It remained this way for an hour or so. Then the sky to the south started to clear so we had a great view of the moon and Jupiter. After patiently waiting we then got a glimpse of northern lights between the clouds. They remained there for a few minutes, very clear when taking pictures but a bit faint to the naked eye. Then as we approached the harbour to end the trip we decided to give out complimentary tickets so everyone can come back to hopefully see the lights bigger and brighter. As we announced this the lights actually returned to the night sky and had become brighter but unfortunately only lasted a couple minutes again. So everyone got a great look at the magical potential of northern lights and hopefully when they come back they can see it to the fullest.
