Report from Hafsúlan: A thick layer of clouds covered the sky as we went out onto the bay. Even though it were not the best conditions, we made our way along the colourfully lit city of Reykjavik out between the islands. The magical light of the Imagine Peace Tower  set the clouds ablaze just like the Moon did that night. As then the first stars were visible in gaps in the clouds, the anticipation to be able to see the Northern Light grew. And we did not get disappointed! Starting as a small greenish blotch in the sky, they turned into the most beautiful arches and bends with colors from blue over green to red. Everyone was captivated by this spectacle and as the Aurora faded on our way back to the harbour we warmed up with a nice hot chocolate.
