It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and little wind. Just before we left the harbour we got a phone call from a fisherman, who told us that he had seen a humpback whale close to Keflavík, which is some distance from our usual whale watching area. We thought about it

We postponed the trip til 15:00 because then the wind had decreased and the sea was a bit calmer. In spite of this, we weren't able to find any whales, so we gave our brave passengers a complimentary ticket. Hopefully they will have better luck next time!!

A fantastic day and an even better tour! Soon after we started searching we spotted our first minke whale. It surfaced at least five times but was far away. When we finally got closer to it we waited and waited but it didn't come up again. Shortly after giving up on it we sp

A bit windy this afternoon, but the sea conditions were still pretty good. The engineer spotted a blow and as we turned the boat and stopped, we saw the flukes of a Humpback whale as it went for a deep dive! We spotted the Humpback once more but it didn't seem very intereste
