    A spectacular day at sea with over a dozen humpback whales seen across all tours with some breaching, tail slapping and bubble-net feeding! We also encountered playful pods of white-beaked dolphins, fast-traveling minke whales, and even shy harbour porpoises and a basking shark. Calm seas, curious wildlife and unforgettable moments throughout the day!

    A rare FIN WHALE graced our morning tours with close, prolonged views - an incredible and welcomed sight in the bay! The day brought several pods of lively white-beaked dolphins, fluking and rolling humpback whales, surfacing minke whales and a few shy harbour porpoises. Calm seas, feeding frenzies, and joyful moments from start to finish!

Energetic white-beaked dolphins leapt and bow-rode, while minke whales breached and lunge-fed alongside flocks of seabirds and we encountered some shy harbor porpoises. Several humpback whales breached, rolled, and bubble-net fed - ending with a spectacular group lunge!

    This overcast day offered fantastic encounters with all four main species. Playful white-beaked dolphins bow-rode and breached, and elusive minke whales even lunge-fed and breached! Several humpback whales put on a show with fluke dives and feeding displays, joined by puffins, gannets, harbour seal and even a surprise BASKING SHARK in the afternoon!

    Despite thick fog, calm seas revealed a feeding frenzy with three or four species on every tour. Playful white-beaked dolphins leapt around us, while minke whales surfaced near and far. Multiple humpback whales treated us to fluke dives, bubble-net feeding and spectacular breaches. We even saw a harbour seal! Yet another magical day out in Faxaflói bay!

    An unforgettable action on a calm bay, where at least 5 humpback whales put on a show of fluke dives, breaches, and bubble-net feeding! With over 15 minke whales feasting at the surface and acrobatic white-beaked dolphins bow-riding and leaping around us, even shy harbour porpoises made an appearance. A day bursting with life and ocean drama!

    Despite thick volcanic fog, we encountered a feeding frenzy in glassy seas - no fewer than 5 humpback whales lunge feeding among flocks of birds and krill-stained waters, with over 20 minke whales and lively white-beaked dolphins all around. Even shy harbour porpoises joined the mix for a magical day, rich with wildlife and life-giving krill!

Over 40 minke whales surfaced throughout the bay, joined by hundreds of birds and spirited white-beaked dolphins. We also glimpsed harbour porpoises. What a phenomenal day!

    From drizzle to a sunny evening, today we saw over 40+ minke whales, playful pods of 50-60+ white-beaked dolphins and even a few shy harbour porpoises. Dozens of humpback whales impressed with close approaches, breaching, spy-hops and surface feeding, including the beloved mother-calf pair. A great day with all four of our most common species!

    In wavy seas and shifting skies, we encountered a spectacular feeding frenzy across Faxaflói, with at least 12 humpback whales and 12 minke whales seen close to the boats, many breaching, diving and logging. White-beaked dolphins added excitement in several tours, bow-riding and interacting with whales. An action-packed day with blows, flukes and splashes!
