On this cold crips evening we sailed out under a beautifully starry sky. We sailed towards the North keeping our spirits warm with hot chocolate and some classic rock. Sadly we were not lucky, so we handed out complimentary tickets.

After about 15 minutes of sailing our cameras started to show a dash of northern lights! At first they were shy, but as time elapsed, they got so bright we could see the boat becoming green and our eyes shining like emeralds! Amazing night!

Despite the positive forecast we sailed out into a very snowy bay. We started to see gaps appearing between the clouds which let through a really good view of the stars, but not the auroras. We therefore offered our passengers complimentary tickets.

We sailed out this evening eager to see what was in store for us. We had a very nice view of all the stars which was great news. Sadly however, we did not see any lights so in the end handed out complimentary tickets tickets to all our passengers.

The sea was smooth, although we had a bit of wind and some clouds in the sky. We spotted the first northern lights, very slightly from our cameras. We waited to see if they could get stronger, but they soon faded away, prompting us to hand out complimentary tickets!

We sailed out and were met with thick clouds that unfortunately stayed with us the whole time. Sadly, we were not able to see any Aurora Borealis tonight, so we passed by the Imagine Peace Tower before handing out complimentary tickets to give everyone a second chance!

We could see a few stars in the sky in between the clouds. We waited for the lights to come out as we enjoyed warm drinks in the cold wind. Unfortunately, we were not lucky, so we decided to give out complimentary tickets to all passengers!

We stayed hopeful as we were expecting low clouds and while we spotted a star at one point, the clouds stayed with us during the tour. As we didn't have any luck with the lights tonight we handed out complimentary tickets so that everyone gets a chance to return for free. On the way be stopped at the IPT as it glowed and brightened up the now foggy night.

It was a beautiful night full of stars. The Big Dipper, Cassiopea, Orion's belt, Jupiter and Saturn were all visible. The northern lights were present from the beginning of the tour until the end, oscillating between very diffused and clearly visible, from a foggy and light cloud around the mountains to a green arch coming from behind Esja.

We sailed out in the direction of Esjan but sadly with us came a lot of rain. This was not part of the forecast so we stayed hopeful and patient. The rain stopped after a little bit and in the end we even got a little hail! We stopped at the Imagine Peace Tower and let that light up the sky for a bit and then handed out complimentary tickets due to not seeing the auroras.

There were a few clouds as we sailed out, but about halfway through the tour very faint lights started poking through. These lights would then fade and grow throughout the night, but still, we decided to offer our passengers complimentary tickets for a better chance to see them!

The night was beautiful with bright stars and not so much clouds. We waited maybe an hour before seeing the northern lights starting. First they were very faded and barely visible with the naked eye. We patiently observed and finally saw them becoming much brighter and extending towards the sky.
