This morning we sailed to the area where we were successful in the last days! We found a minke whale that resurfaced twice and then 3 harbour porpoises! This morning we found about 15-20 harbour porpoises, 4 minke whales and a pod of 8 white-beaked dolphins! In the afternoon we saw 5 harbour porpoises, at least 4 different minke whales and then the icing on the cake; at least 5 orcas, males and females scattered in the area, showing their fluke and rolling right in front of us!
This morning we found white-beaked dolphins. It was the afternoon tour however that made Elding history! Approximately 50 humpback whales, 7-8 fin whales, and 8 white-beaked dolphins were swimming, surfacing frequently all around us. We didn't know where to look - every second, a whale's back or blow or fluke came up!
