This tour started off very well with many diving Gannets, 2-3 Minke Whales and Harbour Porpoises, wildlife everywhere it was fantastic then it just seemed to die down very quickly, less birds and deep, long diving Minkes. We went for a bit of a sail around to see if we could

After a short time searching we found a minke whale. This whale surfaced few times and sometimes quite close to us. It even tricked us a little bit by surfacing first in front of us and then behind us :) After a while we headed further out to try to find other whales. We had

Despite the fact that no matter which way we turned the rain was hitting our face with quite a lot of force it was actually quite a good tour. First we saw a large pod of Harbour Porpoises which were about 20-30 meters away and didn't want to come closer before disappearing

Given the strong south-westerly winds in the bay, the tour departed from Keflavík this evening. We started out in rather pleasant and calm weather, visiting the bird colony near the harbour of Keflavík and getting a close-up look at the juvenile Kittiwakes that just hatched

AMAZING TOUR!!!!! Still pretty rough weather but we probably wouldn't see what we did see without it. First great thing was the pod of Harbour Porpoises that were in the swell surfacing together in a line but they didn't stick around long. Then we suddenly saw a Minke Whale

Sailed out on this tour to mirror calm seas and great cetaceans. We only saw one Minke Whale but what a Minke it was. Surfaced many times and on occasion 15-20 meters from our boat. We also came across a couple of pods of Harbour Porpoises which where surfacing 10 meters fro
